The Best Fudgy Brownies are a chocolate lover’s dream—rich, gooey, and irresistibly indulgent. To make them, start by melting 200g of dark chocolate with 150g of butter over low heat until smooth.In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until slightly thickened. Gently mix in the melted chocolate mixture. Sift in ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
Stir until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep them fudgy. For extra decadence, fold in chocolate chunks or nuts. Pour the batter into a lined 8x8-inch baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
